Each year , about 60,000 guests come to celebrate the upcoming new year in one of the biggest open air parties in Asia.We didn’t want to miss the chance to be a part of this and started to explore our options how to do it with a child. I started practicing yoga about 6 months before we started our journey. There is something about yoga that makes you try being a better person and concentrating on the good .At the period I was training every day , I didn’t want to touch alcohol or cigarettes ,I became vegetarian. The training lead to many positive changes in my life.
At the point we got to Ao-Nang I didn’t practice for about 3 weeks and started to feel fat and lazy, even started to desire for cigarette smoke again. I understand that I must find a Yoga place to practice a soon as possible.
